Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on bringing the artistry of Murshidabad to the rest of the world and plan to introduce international shipping in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. The time it takes for your order to reach you once it has been shipped depends on your location:
Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
Other Locations: 4-7 business days
You will receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey as soon as it is dispatched.

How do I place an Order?
Placing an order is simple. Just follow these steps:
Browse our collections and select the product you love.
Choose your desired size and click “Add to Cart.”
Once you have everything you want, click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout.
Enter your shipping address and contact details.
Choose your preferred payment method and complete the payment.
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You can change or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched from our facility. Please email us immediately at help@abhisari.in, or send a message on WhatsApp at +918158020205 with your order number and the changes you would like to make, and we will do our best to assist you.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need an account to place an order. You can easily check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your order history, save your address for faster checkouts in the future, and easily manage your orders.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and an SMS from us with the tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can use this link to track your package’s journey in real-time.
How Can I Return a Product?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
