7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your order.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached and intact.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for a return.

How to Initiate a ReturnTo start the return process, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at help@abhisari.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. In the subject line, please write “Return Request: Order #[Your Order Number]”.
  3. In the email, please mention the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Our customer support team will guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address. Please ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging.

Refund Details:
  • Return Cost: The fee for the reverse pickup service will be deducted from your total refund.
  • Delivery Charge: Please be aware that the original delivery fee is not eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our quality control team. This process usually takes 2-3 business days.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate your refund. The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.
  • Timeline: Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Notification: We will keep you informed via email throughout the process, from the moment we receive your return to the moment we process your refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please email us at help@abhisari.in. We will check the availability of the requested item and guide you through the exchange process. The same eligibility conditions as for a return will apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in inspecting and packing every order. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at help@abhisari.in with your order number and clear photos of the product and the issue. We will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you at the earliest.
