1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After you place an order, you will first receive an order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification, including your tracking information, as soon as your order is on its way.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship to all locations within India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the final checkout page.

Shipping Rates

• Within West Bengal: FREE Shipping on all orders.
• Rest of India (Orders below ₹999): A flat rate of ₹60 will be applied.
• Rest of India (Orders of ₹999 or more): FREE Shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please note: These are estimated timelines. While we work closely with our shipping partners, such as Delhivery and Blue Dart, occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances can occur.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the respective courier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Abhisari is not liable for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at an additional charge.
